Second floor apartment access was needed  to the outdoors and a spa on upper deck.

Use of stucco and stone on lower patio and the raised planter under the stairs anchors the project to the ground

Underside of roof is finished with pine and view corridors are left open to view from inside the apartment as well as from deck.  Wind areas were blocked with solid wood railing.

Upper deck spa location is lowered so entry to spa is easier with only an 18" sit down entry.
