The front of the residence required a closure for the autocourt and a fountain at the end of this space.

After the gunite, or sprayed on concrete phase was completed the work started to complete the tilework, stucco and painting, columns and arbor completed all before the pool plaster is completed. This project included two spas, one outside, one under the upper patio that is reached via a swim to opening. There are also three verital fountains to the right of the sitting area and a shear water fall at the center of the upper patio.

This residence had an Art Deco design requested by the owner.  These photos show the spraying of gunite onto the detailed steel framework and plumbing that was first placed and under continuous pressure testing while the gunite is completed.
