This project is a remodeled residence that the client wishes to incorperate a spa, BBQ center converstation spaces and usable front yard space. The site has a minimal strip rear yard.  Therefore I brought a conversation area to the front yard.  This also allows the clients to observe their children playing with neighboring children in the front yard.  The rear yard is so small that I pushed it out towards the street to gain space for the spa and BBQ area and still have an area for the table and chairs on the lower patio.  The upper deck is existing and will remain.
