Williams Concept

This is a south facing rear yard at a residence is in the Rancho Cucamunga area of California.  It is a small back yard that the client wanted to develop some vertical interest, inclosure and yet have enough space for children to play. The client wished to have an outdoor room developed.

Exterior Images has incorperated a fireplace for visual warmth, raised spa with spillwall for soothing sound, a wood overhead for afternoon shade and an eyebrow overhead that gives the feeling of enclosing without cutting out all of the light.

An area for children's toys and other storage items was developed in the side yard. Seat walls were designed around the planting space to lift the plants and to develop seating for larger functions.

This site is in the inland area of California, it is a small back yard that the client wanted to develop an outdoor room usable year around. It faces south and the client wanted to keep as much winter light coming into the home so a partial wood overhead was developed to shade the west exposure yet left it open at the dinette area.

We were able to incorperate a seat wall, a raised spa with spillway, fireplace and a large patio for children to play on and storage space in the sideyard for children's toys. Access to the space is through the home or the side access from the garage side.
