South 85th Street

This residence was recently remodeled to meet the clients tastes. The open contemporary feel of the home lead me to work with the details implemented on the residence. The stair step of the brick, and windows on the house lead to the stair step elements in the mailbox brickwork and the seat wall to the right of the residence.

Custom pots with colors selected to blend with the residence were used as built-in elements so lighting, irrigation and drainage could be built-in.

The rear yard will be completed this coming spring. Photos of it will be coming soon.
